Each registered guest can enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast made to order each morning. We will go over the menu with you when you come down. Breakfast also includes yogurt, fruit, and assorted breads or muffins, cereal, or oatmeal. Let us know when you book of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your tastes. 

If you have a friend who would like to join you for breakfast or to enjoy the day in our common area with ammenities, you can add a $30 Olivia’s Day Pass to your reservation. (Group breakfasts can also be contracted in advance– call to arrange)

This intimate suite is named for Michael and Margaret Tiernan, who were the longest owners of the house and lived here from 1900-1959. This cozy getaway is located on the lower level which was the original kitchen of the house, and features one of the original fireplaces.
