Yes, we have two rooms that offer two beds. The Maris, on the third floor, is a two-room suite with a shared bathroom accessed from the main bedroom.
The Tiernan, on our lower level, has a queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed in a large bedroom and a shared luxury bathroom.
Yes, we offer one Handicapped parking spot- Please let us know in advance if you need this reserved. We offer one handicapped bedroom, The Beaumont, on our first floor with a walk-in shower. Please call us if you have questions and we will give you the best understanding of it’s layout.
Our historic home offers eight rooms. We ask that you keep this in mind when you are booking your stay. Cancellations affect our costs and the ability to fill our eight-room house. Once you book your room, we specifically hold this room for you. This room is then off limits to other inquiring guests. We staff and supply our home for your stay. We also incur fees on your deposit and cancellation. Each guest room is unique and guests reserve specific rooms to meets their needs.
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to your stay for any reason, we will refund your deposit less $25 per room per night. (There are no cancellations or alterations permitted on holiday dates.) If you book your stay within 14 days and cancel, or cancel any reservation within 14 days of your stay for any reason, there is no refund of your 50% deposit. If you cancel within three days of the reservation, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay.
(Travel insurance or Travel protection may offer financial protection for illness and other coverable reasons for cancellation that insurance covers. We recommend you opt for this type of coverage to protect your travel investment)
Two-night minimums do not allow for partial cancellations and full balance is due prior to your stay. There are no cancellations or reservation alterations permitted on Holiday and festival reservations. If any reservation is moved to a date within one year of the initial reservation, the full payment is required at the time reservation is moved and there are no further cancellation refunds or reservation alterations.
While we adore pets, our historic home is unable to accommodate animals. A local pet kennel is found about one mile from Lambertville, NJ, just across the bridge, called Pierson Creek Kennels. Unfortunately, our historic home does not have an elevator and most of our rooms require stairs and have bathtubs. Please call us if you have any questions about our rooms.
We offer local air conditioning units in each room of our home from May through October. If you would like a fan in your room, please let us know.
The Covid 19 Pandemic and government shut down was something we never thought would happen. What we learned is that we want more than anything to be able to stay in business when an incident of this magnitude happens. We are unable to accommodate refunds on your reservation. We will work with you to move your reservation to within two years of reopening, or your reservation, whichever is later.
