house Rental

Exclusive use of common areas with rental of all 8 bedrooms.

Maximum guest capacity is 20 (two rooms are suites and suitable for families.  Maris and Tiernan up to four person capacity.  All other rooms are up to two person capacity.  

House Rental: As a Host you can book the Inn and hold the reservation for your guests.  Hosts take responsibility for deposits and payments. You’ll have the run of the house, including all 8 bedrooms, as well as exclusive use of the dining room, the sunny reception and our parlor/living room, throughout your stay. 

We also offer catered services for those who may want to host a “wine and dine” event without the work.  Perhaps you would like to hold a night before the wedding reception, or a breakfast after the wedding send-off.  We can offer an intimate and casual location for your guests to feel the full weekend accommodation of your wedding.

Our House Rental usually requires a reservation made months in advance to guarantee the availability of the rooms, so please call us for details and with your ideas even a year in advance.  Friday and Saturday nights require a two-night stay.  Call for availability, deposit and cancellation policies.  

When you host a House Rental you can add an event.  We offer tented patio events, use of the roof deck, and the common areas for your events. We work with caterers to build your event.  This special space is loved by all.  

Amenities

On-site parking is for guests of the house, with one spot available for each room or suite, however municipal parking is close-by and convenient for an event you book with us.

All Group Rental agreements must be signed in person. Any cancellations must be made in writing 90 days before party date and certain fees apply. Please call our General Manager, Mike,  at 215-693-1592 for more information and to reserve your dates.

  • Olivia’s Bridge Street Inn does not BLOCK rooms for an event without a Group Rental and financial committment to guarantee the reservation.

 

A Group Rental is how you can reserve all 8 rooms for your guests and ensure they have a place to stay for your wedding. Unlike a Bed & Breakfast, Olivia’s offers space for receptions such as breakfast the next morning or a recpetion the night before. As the host, you can decide who stays where, send individual reservations for your guest to book online, and make it easier for your guest to pay for their  own stay within your reservation.  This can help you coordinate guests who are slow to reserve.
